Mackenzie Craik, DDS Pediatric Dentist

Hi! My name is Mackenzie Craik. Let me tell you a little about myself. I was born and raised right here in beautiful Walla Walla. After spending a few years in Alaska as a small child, my family returned to the valley where I attended elementary/middle school, high school, and college. I feel like I have fond memories on every street corner and peaceful country road.
After completing my pre-doctoral studies at Walla Walla University, I continued on to the University of Washington for dental school. I then completed a rigorous two year Pediatric Dental Residency in Providence, Rhode Island.

Living in the Northeast for the last two years, and being away from Walla Walla for the last six years overall has been a great experience. My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed the adventure of living in other regions, but it has also helped us to realize that there truly is no place like home. I am so grateful for the opportunity to provide specialized dental care for the children of this community.

When I am not at the office, you will most likely find me hanging out with my five favorite people. My wonderful wife Emily, and my four little men: Hamilton (6), Maxwell (5), and our twins Montgomery and Winston (2). We love being outside in the fresh air, cooking and eating as a family, growing vegetable gardens, and playing sports.

Dr. Annie Pedersen

Dr. Annie Pedersen is excited to join the team at Advanced Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Pedersen grew up in southern California. She graduated from UCLA in 2007, and from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 2014. Following dental school she completed her pediatric dental residency at the Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. Growing up in California, she studied Spanish in school for many years and had an incredible opportunity to improve her proficiency during residency training in Yakima. As a specialist in pediatric dentistry, she knows that children and families are all unique, and will tailor her techniques to best fit each child. Dr. Pedersen is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the Yakima Pediatric Dentistry Study Club.

Outside of the office, Dr. Pedersen loves to spend time with her husband, Gabe. They like cooking, eating, hiking, and exploring new places in the northwest, and are looking forward to the arrival of their first child and hopefully first puppy later this year!
